A Physical Assessment of the watch is required for a more accurate quotation.
We reserve the right to decline servicing of timepieces due to the unavailability of parts or an unsalvageable state of the watch.

Service duration is from 3 weeks onwards, depending on the availability of parts, the intricacy of the movement, and the current state of the watch.
Servicing work will commence upon confirmation of the service fees quoted.

During dismantling, we remove the movement from the case followed by the hands and dials along with ALL the other components. Each component is carefully organized to ensure proper reassembly.

Once the watch is dismantled, each component is thoroughly cleaned in a chemical solution to remove dirt/oil. Broken/worn-out components are identified and replacements are made.

We apply lubrication to the appropriate parts of the movement to protect and enhance the performance of the components. We then ensure each part is properly aligned, secured, and adjusted as necessary.
